4.5/5 stars – A Sailing, Frightening Adventure
The Last Voyage of the Demeter takes us on a haunting and blood-curdling journey as the crew of the merchant ship Demeter sails from Carpathia to London, unknowingly transporting the monstrous undead, Count Dracula.
Based on the iconic prologue of Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula’ the Demeter sets sail into treacherous seas as the crew fights for survival against the evil that threatens their very existence.
Terror unfolds in the dead of night, the crew is in peril, and Dracula continues to feast on the remaining crew in his attempt to get to his next destination, and the only ones who can stop him are the men brave enough to stand up against him.
